Strategy rules.
Complete execution model.

The PROPBREAKER implementation runs on five-minute Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures. It permits a long setup when the daily 20 EMA is above the daily 50 EMA, price completes a short pullback below the execution-chart EMA20 and then closes back above it with RSI recovery and a directional candle. The private rule set uses a 2× ATR protective stop, a 3R objective, break-even activation at 1.5R and a 1.5× ATR trailing stop. Entries are restricted to the New York RTH window after the opening ten minutes, with no more than two trades per day, 1% equity risk and a 2.5% daily lockout.

01

Operating context

  • Market and model: Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 Futures (MNQ), Price Action & Trend family.
  • Operating timeframe: Daily regime · 5m execution.
  • Execution window: New York RTH · 09:40–15:50 ET.
  • Apply the rules in sequence; one missing condition cancels the signal.
02

Pre-trade checklist

  • Confirm the full operating context before looking for an entry: Daily regime · 5m execution.
  • Map the complete trigger without anticipation: Daily 20/50 EMA trend · ≤3-bar EMA20 pullback · RSI5 reclaim.
  • Calculate size, invalidation and maximum loss before the order: 1% equity risk · 2× ATR stop · max 2 trades/day · 2.5% lockout.
03

Entry protocol

  • Execute only after the complete trigger is printed: Daily 20/50 EMA trend · ≤3-bar EMA20 pullback · RSI5 reclaim.
  • Record the level, timestamp and condition that activated the order; never turn a missed order into a chase.
04

Invalidation

  • Define the invalidation before submitting the order: 1% equity risk · 2× ATR stop · max 2 trades/day · 2.5% lockout.
  • Exit when invalidated: do not average down and do not widen the stop.
05

Position management

  • Manage the open position exactly as specified: 3R target · break-even at 1.5R · 1.5× ATR trail · EOD.
  • Coded exit model: 3R target · break-even at 1.5R · 1.5× ATR trail · EOD.
  • Discretionary changes are allowed only when defined in the preset before entry.
06

When not to trade

  • Skip incomplete signals, late entries and any setup that cannot preserve the documented risk model.
  • Skip the setup when spread, slippage, volatility or liquidity make the calculated risk unreliable.
  • Do not treat historical results as a guarantee of future performance.
Mandatory sequenceContext → setup → trigger → risk → management → exit

STRATEGY FAQ

Before you test the model.

01What is the PB-TRENDPULL strategy?

PB-TRENDPULL is PROPBREAKER's independent coded implementation inspired by concepts presented on Rake Trades's official YouTube channel. The trader is a concept reference only, is not affiliated with or endorsing PROPBREAKER, and did not develop or approve the software or its results.

02Which market and timeframe does this TRENDPULL model use?

The page models Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 Futures (MNQ) on Daily regime · 5m execution. The primary setup is daily 20/50 ema trend · ≤3-bar ema20 pullback · rsi5 reclaim, with 1% equity risk · 2× atr stop · max 2 trades/day · 2.5% lockout.

03How are the PB-TRENDPULL results tested?

The PROPBREAKER simulation is calculated from the imported MNQ closed-trade ledger for MAR 12–JUN 12, 2026. Monte Carlo and prop-firm tools reuse that implementation's trade history; the results are not results achieved, reported or endorsed by Rake Trades and do not guarantee future performance.

04Which platforms support this TRENDPULL implementation?

The same coded decision model is designed for TradingView, MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8. Parameters can be changed, but every changed configuration should be backtested and stress-tested again before use.
